Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between P101 LLC (“P101,” “Pipetidy,” “we”) and you. If you act for an organization, you represent that you may bind it. You must be legally able to contract and at least 18 years old.

The service and public tools

Pipetidy provides customer management, communications, projects, tasks, invoicing, automation, AI assistance, lead generation, enrichment, and related functionality. Features may change.

Free website diagnostics inspect only the public page you submit and provide an automated, informational snapshot. They do not measure every page, guarantee rankings, enquiries, or revenue, or establish accessibility, privacy, legal, or regulatory compliance. You must be authorized to submit the URL or submit a genuinely public webpage.

Pre-release or early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting credentials, and activity under your account. Workspace administrators may manage users, permissions, integrations, exports, and content.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant P101 LLC the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases required for that content and your communications.

Acceptable use

You may not break the law; infringe rights; send unlawful or deceptive communications; collect data without authorization; distribute malware; probe or disrupt systems; bypass limits; misrepresent identity; or use the public audit to access private, local, or restricted systems.

AI and integrations

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed before use. Connected services are governed by their own terms. You authorize the information exchange needed to provide an integration you choose.

Fees

Paid-plan prices and renewal terms will be shown when you order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where law requires. Free tools may have reasonable usage limits.

Ownership and privacy

P101 LLC and its licensors own Pipetidy, its software, design, documentation, branding, and technology. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security or legal risk, nonpayment, or harmful use. Your right to use the service ends on termination; provisions that should survive remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPETIDY AND ITS PUBLIC TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, AI ACCURACY, SEARCH PERFORMANCE, OR BUSINESS RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, P101 LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS OR US$100. Local law may limit these exclusions.

General terms

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where P101 LLC has its principal place of business, subject to mandatory local law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. We may update these Terms prospectively with notice where required.
