Policy.
This policy explains how P101 LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit Pipetidy, use a free tool, join the waitlist, or use our services.
Scope and our role
Pipetidy is operated by P101 LLC (“P101,” “Pipetidy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to our websites, free tools, applications, browser extensions, communications, and related services.
When a business uses Pipetidy to manage its records, that business generally determines why and how its information is processed. The business is the controller and P101 LLC acts as its service provider or processor.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect account and profile details, contact information, workspace settings, support messages, feedback, waitlist submissions, and billing or transaction information. An early-access request includes your name, work email, optional phone and website, business name, trade or industry, role, team size, country or region, and the business need you select. For the private Pipetidy Leads console, an administrator creates the operator’s name and email address. Pipetidy stores a one-way password hash rather than the password itself, plus the minimum session data needed to keep the operator signed in.
Lead source and campaign context
When you submit an early-access, downloadable-resource, or free-tool form, we record the form and resource used, the page that led to the form, landing page, referring-site hostname, submission time, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term when present. We keep the first captured source and the latest captured source separately so we can understand lead origin without placing form contents in analytics tools.
Free resources and website-audit tools
For a downloadable template, we process your first name, email address, optional marketing-consent choice, the resource requested, whether its private link was unlocked or downloaded, and limited campaign or referring-site attribution. The download link expires after 30 minutes and contains no name or email address. For the Local Lead Leak Audit, Website Discoverability Report, and Visitor Perception Report, we also process the public website URL, trade, service area, optional business name, your answer about enquiry tracking, and diagnostic scores. The scanner fetches only the public page you submit; it does not log in, submit forms, access private customer content, or send the page to an AI model.
For the Enquiry-to-Paid Job Workflow Builder, we use the business, offer, location, team-size, enquiry-volume, sales-cycle, main-channel, tracking-method, bottleneck, and objection choices you provide to generate a contextual workflow and objection guide. The detailed workflow answers and generated playbook are used in the response and are not retained in the lead console. We retain the capture record and its minimal business profile—name, email, business name, industry, location, and team size—for up to 180 days. The builder uses fixed, explainable rules and does not send your answers to an AI model or another provider. Authorized Pipetidy operators may view retained submissions in a protected lead-management console.
Customer content and integrations
Depending on the features you choose, Pipetidy may process CRM records, contacts, company details, opportunities, projects, tasks, files, invoices, emails, calendar data, call recordings or transcripts, and portal messages. Connected services provide the information needed for the feature you request, subject to the permissions you grant.
Technical and advertising information
We may collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, referring pages, product activity, diagnostic data, cookies, and similar technologies for security, operation, analytics, product improvement, advertising measurement, and limited retargeting. We do not send free-resource, free-tool, or early-access form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, signed download tokens, or customer content to analytics or advertising tools.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Pipetidy; administer accounts; provide support; prevent abuse; comply with law; and understand product and marketing performance.
We use early-access information to assess your request, contact you about that request, prepare an appropriate product or trade template, deduplicate submissions, and understand which first-party pages or campaigns generate interest. We use free-tool information to run and secure the requested report, prevent abuse, understand aggregate tool performance, and respond to privacy requests. We send broader marketing about Pipetidy only when you tick the separate optional consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
AI and connected services
Pipetidy may use AI to summarize calls, draft messages, enrich leads, classify requests, or suggest next actions. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed. Pipetidy’s public website diagnostic reports use deterministic checks rather than presenting their reports as human review or AI judgment.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. To submit a request, email hello@pipetidy.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure.
Lead-audit and downloadable-resource submissions receive a retention review no later than 180 days after capture. Pseudonymous audit, unlock, and download events used for security and aggregate measurement are retained for no more than 365 days. Canonical early-access records receive a retention review no later than 365 days after the most recent submission or interaction. We then delete, anonymize, or document a continuing business or legal need. Other retention periods depend on the information, service, contract, and legal requirements.
International transfers
P101 LLC and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as contractual protections or an applicable adequacy mechanism.
Children
Pipetidy is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
