Policy.
This policy explains how P101 LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit Pipetidy, join the waitlist, or use our services.
Scope and our role
Pipetidy is operated by P101 LLC (“P101,” “Pipetidy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to our websites, applications, browser extensions, communications, and related services.
When a business uses Pipetidy to manage its own contacts, customers, employees, projects, communications, or other records, that business generally determines why and how that information is processed. In that situation, the business is the controller and P101 LLC acts as its service provider or processor. Requests about data placed in Pipetidy by a customer should usually be directed to that customer first.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect account and profile details, contact information, workspace settings, support messages, feedback, waitlist submissions, and billing or transaction information. Payment card details may be handled directly by a payment processor rather than stored by us.
Customer content
Depending on the features you choose, Pipetidy may process CRM records, contacts, company details, opportunities, projects, tasks, files, invoices, emails, calendar data, call recordings or transcripts, portal messages, and other information you or your authorized users add to the service.
Information from integrations
If you connect email, phone, calendar, LinkedIn, payment, or other services, we receive the information needed to provide the features you request. The scope depends on the permissions you grant and the integration’s settings.
Technical and usage information
We may collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, referring pages, product activity, diagnostic data, cookies, and similar technologies used for security, operation, preferences, and product improvement.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Pipetidy; create and administer accounts; synchronize connected services; process transactions; provide support; communicate about the service; prevent abuse; comply with law; and understand how the product is used.
Where required, we rely on an appropriate legal basis, such as performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests, or your consent. We do not use customer content to train general-purpose AI models unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law or contract.
AI features and connected services
Pipetidy may use AI to summarize calls, draft messages, enrich leads, classify requests, or suggest next actions. Relevant content may be sent to carefully selected AI service providers to produce the feature you requested. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is relied upon or sent.
You are responsible for having the permissions and notices required to connect accounts, import contact data, record or transcribe calls, and use personal information for outreach. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision concerning a request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
You can manage certain information and integrations in your account. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message, although we may still send essential service communications. To submit a privacy request, email hello@pipetidy.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, workspace settings, contractual commitments, and legal requirements.
International data transfers
P101 LLC and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or an applicable adequacy mechanism.
Children
Pipetidy is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Pipetidy develops. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required.
Questions or requests can be sent to hello@pipetidy.com.
